Ingredients
1cup whole milk ((245 g) – substitute almond, oat, or coconut milk for dairy-free)
½cup plain Greek yogurt ((142.5 g) – use dairy-free yogurt if needed)
½cup frozen mixed berries ((70 g) such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
1medium ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
1scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
1tablespoon creamy peanut butter (substitute almond or sunflower seed butter if preferred)
1tablespoon chia seeds
1teaspoon honey (or maple syrup/agave for vegan option)
1cup ice cubes (8–10 large cubes)
Instructions
